Now I don’t know about you but I get this burger craving quite often, which is why I have so many burger recipes. This is nothing more comforting to me then a delicious burger with some French fries. That has always been one of my favorite foods of all time. Well, that and pasta, and Chinese food, and Hispanic foods. Ok fine, maybe I don’t have a real food favorite because I just love all food too much to choose, but burgers are a top 5.

    For Burger

    • 1 cup black beans cooked
    • 1/3 cup quinoa cooked
    • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
    • 1/2 cup old fashion oats
    • 1/2 red onion chopped
    • 1/2 cup cilantro fresh
    • 2 medium sweet potatoes
    • 1 tsp chipotle powder optional
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/2 onion powder
    • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
    • 1/2 tsp oregano
    • 1 tbsp lime juice
    • Salt & Pepper to taste

    Cilantro Lime Sauce

    • 3 tbsp vegan mayo
    • 1/4 cup Plain soy yogurt You can sub with more mayo
    • 2 tbsp lime juice
    • 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro Chopped fine
    • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
    • Salt & Pepper to taste

    Instructions
     

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 400F.
    • Add all burger ingredients into a food processor and pulse, until there are no big chuncks left.
    • Shape burger patties and place onto a greased baking tray.
    • Bake for 9 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
    • While the patties bake prepare the cilantro lime sauce.
    • Mix all cilantro sauce ingredients together until combined.
    • Assemble burgers to your liking and ENJOY!
