Everyday look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself 3 positive affirmations. Example "I am smart, I am beautiful, I am successful!"

PRACTICE GRATITUDE

Every chance you get, remind yourself of how lucky you are to have the things you have. What you have may not seem like much to you but somewhere in the world you would be considered rich. It's all about your perception and level of gratitude.  

TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY

Get yourself active by working out, drinking lots of water, get plenty of sleep even if that means going to sleep early. Eat wholefoods that provide you with all the good nutrients and energy that you need to make you feel good.

Surround yourself with people who treat you with kindness and respect. You deserve it!

PURSUE A HOBBY

Make time to do something you love. When you do something you love and are good at it. You will get a boost of confidence and self esteem.

ALLOW YOURSELF DOWN TIME

I know how hard it can be to turn off the "go switch", but we need to allow ourselves down time to enjoy ourselves so we don't fall into the "all work, no play" routine. Also down time will help keep your sanity.

ACCEPT YOUR IMPERFECTIONS

No matter how perfect someone or someone's life might seem on social media or anywhere. Always remember no one is perfect and you are only seeing what they want you to see. Embrace yourself fully and love your imperfections because there is only one you and you are beautiful!
