Vegan Loaded Tator Tot Waffles


    Anything fully loaded is down my alley. If it's smothered, drizzled, dolloped, sprinkled, drenched in some sort of deliciousness, I am all for it and this recipe has all of that!

    Ingredients 3 tbsp Banana pepper, lightly chopped 1/4 cup Green onion, chopped 1/2 Onion, chopped Cilantro, small handful, chopped 1 tomato, chopped 1/2 c. Vegan sour cream 1/2 c. guacamole 1/2 c. Daiya cheddar cheese 1/2 c. (prepared) beefless grounds, I used Gardien 2-3 c. frozen tator tots

    Instructions Heat up waffle maker. Spread enough tator tots on the waffle maker to cover. Close lid slowly and firmly. Allow to cook for 1 minute. Open lid and add tator tots to any empty spots. Close and cook until golden and crispy. Repeat this 3 times.

    In a large plate, place the tator tot waffles as the bottom layer. Sprinkle on hot vegan grounds, and add cheese over hot grounds. Dollop guacamole and sour cream.Next sprinkle on the remainder of the toppings over the dish. All that left to do is ENJOY!
