15 Minute Vegan Pizza Dough
Who doesn't love pizza? I mean seriously! Going vegan doesn't mean giving up pizza. That would be insane, because you can easily make your own quick vegan pizza at home and enjoy is just the same. The only thing is when you get a pizza craving you usually don't want to wait an hour for the pizza dough to rise so here I will share with you and pizza dough recipe that only requires 10 minutes of rest before you can use it.
Ingredients 1-1/3 cup all purpose flour 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 salt 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions 400F In a stand mixer bowl (you can also knead by hand) add flour first, to avoid a powder cloud and continue to add in the remainder of the dough ingredients.
Using dough hook (or not I didn't) mix dough slowly first, then speed up to medium high and knead for 5-6 minutes.
Remove from bowl and place on lightly floured surface and knead lightly into a ball. Place onto a floured plate and cover with inverted bowl, and allow to rest for 10 minutes on the counter.
Roll out and place NON TOPPED crust into oven for 8 minutes, remove from oven add sauce and toppings of choice and place back into oven for 15 minutes or until the toppings are done. All that is left to do now is ENJOY!
