    TurkeyLess Vegan Cutlet

    Instructions 1 can chickpeas, drained and mashed or blended in the food processor 1 tsp sage 1/2 tsp black ground pepper 1 tsp thyme 1 tsp rosemary 1 tbsp parsley flakes 2 tbsp green onion, chopped 1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax seed mixed with 2 1/2 tbsp water, let sit for 10 mins) 1/4 cup breadcrumbs 1/4 cup all purpose flour 1/2 cup carrot, peeled and chopped fine 1/2 cup white onion, chopped fine Salt to taste

    Instructions In a medium mixing bowl add in all ingredients mix together well. Taste and adjust salt and pepper to taste.

    Form into patties/cutlets.

    To a non stick pan add 1 tbsp of vegetable to, just to lightly coat the bottom.

    Add in the cutlets at a medium high heat and cook on each side for 3 minutes or until they have become golden brown.
