Vegan Egg W/ Yolk Sauce


Ingredients 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 1/4 tsp turmeric 1 tsp tomato paste 3 tsp nutritional yeast Pinch garlic powder 1/8 tsp black salt (or to taste)

Cornstartch Slurry 3 tsp corn starch + 3 tsp water (mix together before adding to recipe)


Instructions In a small pot, on medium heat whisk in all the ingredients except for the corn starch slurry and black salt.

Once well combined whisk in the corn starch until thickened.

Remove from heat and add the black salt.

Pour over your favorite breakfast dish and ENJOY!
