Mushroom Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients 2 tbsp non dairy butter 5 oz white button mushrooms, chopped into quarters 3 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 cup non dairy cream cheese 2 tbsp nutritional yeast 1 tsp dried basil 1 small handful, fresh parsley 1/4 cup vegetable stock Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions In a medium sauce pan, add butter on medium high heat. Add in the mushrooms and cook for 4 minutes. Flip when golden and cook a second side for an additional 4 minutes.
Move mushrooms to the side and add in the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Mix together.
Mix and add in the cream cheese along with the rest of the ingredients. Stir well to combine and add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with your favorite pasta and ENJOY!
