Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour 3/4 cup coconut sugar 1/3 cup coconut oil

1/2 cup apple sauce, unsweetened 2 tsp baking powder 1 cup blue berries, fresh 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions Preheat oven to 400 F.

Combine all the dry ingredients and mix well.

Add in almond milk, apple sauce, and oil. Mix until batter is just combined. DO NOT over mix.

Carefully fold in blueberries.

Fill 12 muffin cups, 3/4 of the way and bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center. (For larger muffins fill 6 muffin cups)

Allow to cool down completely and ENJOY!
