Easy Overnight Oats
Ingredients 3/4 cup rolled oats 3/4 cup non dairy milk or 1/2 cup for more dry oats 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions Add all ingredients into a mason jar or container with lid and mix up well. Place into the fridge overnight or at least 4 hours. Garnish with more fruit and some seeds if you wish. Tip: You may also add in flax seeds or chia seeds while prepping for additional nutrients.
