Ingredients 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1/2 tsp turmeric 1 can chickpeas 1/2 cup quick oats (blended to oat flour) 1 flax egg 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning 1/2 tsp nutritional yeast Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Place all the ingredients EXCEPT for the bread crumbs and turmeric into a food processor and pulse until the chick peas have become smooth.
Mix bread crumbs with turmeric until well combined.
Take spoonfuls of the chickpea dough and form into nuggets.
Coat nuggets in bread crumbs and place onto a parchment paper lined baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes or until slightly golden.
Tip: For added golden color spray nuggets with oil before baking.
