Sesame Sticky Chicken (Cauliflower)
Ingredients 1/2 large cauliflower head, cut into florets vegetable oil for frying 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 cup cornstarch 1 cup all purpose flour
Sauce 2 garlic cloves 1 tbsp sushi vinegar 2 tbsp agave 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp brown sugar 4 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 3 tbsp ketchup
Garnish Sesame seeds green onion, chopped

Instructions Start off by coating the cauliflower florets in the cornstarch, followed by dipping it in the almond milk and lastly coat with flour. Do this to all the florets piece by piece.
Prepare enough oil in a pan to cover cauliflower pieces. Add florets and cook on high heat for 3-4 minutes or until slightly golden. Set aside.
Make the sauce by adding all the sauce ingredients into a sauce pan and heating everything through at a medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce thickens up a bit. Add the fried cauliflower florets into the sauce and toss arounnd to coat. Serve alone or with white rice and ENJOY!
