Easy White Bean Chili
1/2 bag Gardien beef less grounds 6 button mushroom, stemmed and chopped 1 can great northern beans or canellini beans, wash & drained 2 tsp all purpose flour 2 cup vegetable broth 1 yellow onion, chopped 4 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp paprika 1 tsp chili powder 1/4 tsp chipotle powder 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp ground black pepper Vegan cream cheese (garnish) Green onion, chopped (garnish) 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions Into a large pot on medium high heat add vegetable oil and onion.
Saute for 2 minutes or until the onions have become translucent.
Add garlic and saute for an additional 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
Toss in the chopped mushrooms and cook until they have reduced, this should take about 3 minutes.
Add the beef less grounds and flour and stir until blended in. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Add the beans, spices, and vegetable broth to the mix and stir well.
Simmer for 5 minutes, add in green onion and serve with a dollop of vegan sour cream and a sprinkle of green onion and ENJOY!
