Vegan Crab Boil
Boil 13 button mushrooms, remove stems 4 cups potatoes, approx 2 corn on the cobs, halved 2 red bell peppers 3 cup brocolli florets 8 green onions 1 Zadarains craw fish, shrimp crab boil in a bag (this is just spices)
Sauce 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tbsp paprika 1 tbsp gochugaru 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning 1 tsp garlic salt 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 cup vegan butter 2/3 cup vegetable broth 2 tsp old bay seasoning 1/2 large onion, chopped
Other 2 field roast sausages of your choice 1 table spoon butter
Instructions First set veggies to boil in a large pot with the crab boil spice bag, Boil until veggies are tender.
Pan fry sausage in a bit of butter on medium high heat for about 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown. Set aside.
In a large pan heat butter on medium high heat until melted.
Add in the onion and allow the onion to become translucent and add in the remaining sauce ingredients (EXCEPT FOR BROTH).
Stir well and cook for 2 minutes, to allow the flavors to marry.
Add in the broth and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Pour sauce over boiled veggies and sausage or use it as a dipping sauce and ENJOY!
