Delicious Vegan Kabobs
Ingredients 2 cups vegetable broth 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp cumin 1/4 tsp black pepper 2 tbsp soy sauce 8 oz pkg tempeh, cubbed into 24 pieces 5 large button mushrooms, quartered 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped into 1" pieces 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped into 1" pieces 1/2 onion, chopped BBQ sauce

Instructions Pre heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Add spices, soy sauce and vegetable broth into a bowl and mix well.
Add in cubed tempeh and soak for 1-2 hours. (or less if you don't have the time)
Assemble kabobs by alternating tempeh, and veggies on each stick.
Brush BBQ sauce onto kabobs and place onto a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Brush more BBQ sauce onto kabobs, flip and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, serve and ENJOY!
