Easy Blueberry Pancakes

    Ingredients

    1 cup dairy free milk 1 c all purpose flour 2 tbsp baking powder pinch of salt 1 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

    Extra

    1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries


    Happiness is the smell of pancakes. There is nothing like beautiful smell of maple syrup over those hot little cakes.

    Instructions In a large bowl mix all you dry ingredients not including the berries. Then add your dry ingredients and mix well.


    *In a non stick pan at medium high height pour your batter approximately 1/4 cup at a time. Add a few blueberries on top of the pancakes while cooking.


    Cook about 3 minutes per side. Flipping when lots of open bubbles start to form.*


    Repeat, stack pancakes and drizzle with maple syrup over top and all that is left to do is ENJOY!
