Super Easy Tasty Beans
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp adobo
1 tsp white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1 can red kidney beans, washed and drained
1 can full water
Start by adding olive oil to a medium size pot on medium high heat and add in the spices tomato sauce and vinegar.
Cook for 2 minutes and add in the beans and water.
Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
There should be broth left for pouring over rice or your favorite grains. Boil for longer of you would like less broth.
