Sweet Potato Hash

Servings: 2


3 cups sweet potatoes

1/2 green bell pepper

1/4 yellow onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 yellow onion, chopped

1 green onions, chopped

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

1/8 tsp Chipotle pepper

2 basil leaves, sliced

1 tbsp olive oil for sautéing


Add oil into a skillet, and heat to medium heat.

Toss in onion and pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes or until softened.

Add in the sweet potato and spices and mix together.

Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the sweet potato becomes fork tender.

Remove from heat and add in green onion, and sliced basil. Mix, serve as you wish and ENJOY!
