Vegan Pumpkin Pie | 3 Steps + 1 Bowl

    1 - 15oz can pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)

    3/4 cup Granulated sugar

    1/4 cup cornstarch

    1 tsp cinnamon

    1/2 tsp ginger

    1/4 tsp ground cloves

    1/4 tsp nutmeg

    1/4 tsp salt

    1/2 tsp vanilla extract

    2 cup nut milk

    1 pie crust

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until everything is well combined.

    Pour mixture into pie crust and bake for 60 minutes. Center will still giggle.

    Allow to cool completely and ENJOY!
