I remember drinking hot chocolate with my mom on the indoor porch looking out the window on those snowy days. My mom would be drinking her coffee and I would be drinking my hot chocolate, as we both leaned on the hot radiator heater that was placed right under the big window, that overlooked the avenue. It know that all sounds made up and like it came from a holiday book, but that was real life😅!
My mom and I would decorate to the T, for Christmas and I still do! I remember all the decorations, snow outside, the snow plows passing by and I would sometimes for breakfast sit on top of the warm heater with my hot chocolate and waffles. I don’t know why hot chocolate and waffles were my thing while it was snowing, but it just became one of those personal traditions.

All you need to make this vegan hot chocolate are two ingredients. That’s it!
Ingredient 1: Plant based milk, use something with as little fat in it, so you get some creaminess in your hot chocolate. I like to use soy milk, or cashew milk.
