Creamy, cheesy, bold, delicious little vegan jalapeño poppers. These are amazing, and you might want to make a double or triple batch because these will not last long!

I love jalapenos poppers, so of course I had to come up with vegan jalapeño poppers. After a few failed attempts, I was able to successfully come up with these delicious vegan jalapeño poppers that anyone can enjoy! Whenever I make these for the home, they never last longer then a few minutes, once they are cool enough to eat. There is something so satisfying about seeing the food you made get devoured by people who love and appreciate it. That being said I always wish I had made more!

I made these for my sons 8th birthday party and I mad quite a big batch. When I finished making them, he came up to me and asked it he could have all of them for himself as a birthday gift instead😆. I couldn’t believe what he was asking me. He wanted me not to serve them up to our guest just so he could eat them all. I said “no”, because I had made about 50 jalapeños which means 100 jalapeño poppers. I let him have about 10 before the guest got there and he was just as happy.

How To Make These Jalapeño Poppers

Step 1: Cut jalapeno peppers in half long ways and remove seeds.

Step 2: In a medium mixing bowl, add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic, paprika and mix well together. Once mixed well add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3: Mix breading together. Scoop filling into peppers, lightly press filled side into breading and place in the oven for 20 minutes, on parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Step 4: Lightly spray oil onto jalapenos and place back into the oven for an additional 5 minutes to brown lightly.

Serve Remove from oven and let cool a bit and all that is left to do now is ENJOY!

  • 10 Jalapeños
  • 1 package Non-dairy cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Vegan shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 garlic clove minced
  • 1/2 smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp apple cider vinager
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Breading

  • 2/3 Ratio
  • 2 vegan parmasean cheese (cashew, nutritional yeast, and garlic powder, ground)
  • 3 plain bread crumbs
